Alexia Charalambidou graduated from “Vladimiros Kafkarides” Drama school and continued her Drama studies at the Lee Strasberg Theater Institute in New York. While in New York she worked at the Greek Culture Center and Theatron Inc. In Cyprus she collaborated with Ethal and other theatrical groups. She has also worked on several TV series in Cyprus. On the big screen she has taken part in Τοnia’s first short films “Blind Passions” and “Dead End” as well as other independent productions in Cyprus and New York.
Since graduating from “The Lee Strasberg Theater And Film Institute” Yiannis has been steadily working on both stage and screen. He has performed on numerous theatrical productions in leading roles including “Our Town” as G. Gibbs and “Damned Poets” as K. Karyotakis at National Theater of Cyprus (THOC), “Glass Menagerie” as Tom at ETHAL, “Loot” as Harold at Dionysos Theater etc. He is constantly appearing on TV shows and among others he’s been seen on “Shadows at Dawn”, “Roda tis Orgis”, “Homecoming”, “Dangerous Zone”, “Vimata stin ammo”, TV-film “Kyriakos Matsis”, “Lake” (he also wrote the script) etc. As for the big screen he co-starred on feature films such as “The Mentors” by Costas Andriotis and “Five Shillings Nylon” by Christos Shiopachas as well as the award winning short film by Marios Piperides “The Immortalizer”. Outside of performing, Yiannis likes writing, dancing, dealing with PCs and exercising at the gym. He also holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences in Mikkeli, Finland.
Born in Cyprus in 1980. He received his BFA in Theatre Arts, Performance Sequence at Hofstra University in New York (2004), studied under Richard Southern at the School for Film and Television and got his MFA in Theatre Directing, at the New School for Drama (Actors Studio Drama School), in New York City (2008). In 2002 and 2004 he received the Distinguished Service Award for his outstanding participation in the Hofstra Theatre Productions of “Stage Door” (David Kingsley), “Romeo and Juliet” (Paris), “Smile” (Tommy) and “Hedda Gabler” (Lovborg). In 2003 he won the Best Actor Award for his work on Chebutykin in “The Three Sisters”. In the summer of 2004, his voice was given to the Discovery Channel International documentary “Marathon”. He is the founder and Director of Midas Touch Productions, based in Cyprus, collaborating with ‘The Old Vic’ and touring the amphitheaters of Cyprus every Summer. In 2008, he became a Professor at Hofstra University, Department of Drama and Dance, where he was teaching Acting and Theatre Appreciation until 2010. 2010 marked his return to his homeland, Cyprus, where he got accepted as an actor at the National theatre of Cyprus, THOC. He has worked with all major TV Networks in Cyprus.
Fivos Georgiades was born in Larnaca Cyprus in 1944. From a young age he immigrated in England with his parents. After high school (QUEENSBRIDGE) he studied drama at THE BIRMINGHAM SCHOOL OF SPEECH TRAINING AND DRAMATIC ARTS. In the UK he worked as an actor in many theatres such as ALEXANDER THEATRE BIRMINGHAM, THE BIRMINGHAM REPERTORY THEATRE, BELGRADE THEATRE COCENTRY, CIVIC THEATRE CHELMSFORD, as well as in several television series for BBC, ITV and YORKSHIRE TV. Returning to Cyprus he worked in both Theatre, Television and Film. Since May 2009 he works at SKALA THEATRE LARNACA, Cyprus. He starred in Tonia Mishiali’s “DEAD END” (2013).
Demas Demosthenous was born in Germany and studied at VLADIMIROS KAFKARIDES DRAMA SCHOOL in Cyprus. He has worked as an actor on a freelance level in theater, television and cinema. Since 2013, he has been working with ESTIA theatrical centre.
